Maryhill Housing Association appointed Anderson Business Development to support the organisation in managing change, a significant and important challenge when the organisation trebled in size following a major stock transfer. Karen Anderson worked closely with the Management Committee and all staff to create the organisation's DNA - their vision, purpose and values, leading on to strategic and then individual objectives. Developing the organisation's leadership to set a clear direction for employees has created a sense of purpose for the Management Committee and a sense of confidence for staff in the leadership of the organisation with Maryhill Housing Association's Committee and Staff sharing the same ambitions, working to the same goals and living by their values.
