Strategic Planning
In preparing their 5 year strategic plan, Dunedin Canmore Housing Association commissioned Anderson Business Development to support managers in understanding the significance for them of developing strategic options and direction. Managers were encouraged to play an active part in determining the organisation's future direction and their views are clearly reflected in the 5 year plan.
Karen really added value to our Business Planning seminar. Our management team found it interesting to hear from an experienced and knowledgeable housing consultant. It is important during this time of change to listen to and engage with a range of people that understand the issues within the housing sector and who can explain clearly the impacts these issues may have on how we run our business.
