New Climate, New Challenges
Anderson Business Development and the University of Glasgow were jointly commissioned by the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland and the Scottish Government to analyse the effect of the prevailing economic climate, housing policy and regulation on Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
The report, New Climate, New Challenges, sets out the range of challenges facing RSLs along with examples of how some organisation's are successfully responding to these and tools to help RSLs develop their own long term strategies.
