Cadder Housing Association appointed Anderson Business Development to review the organisation's leadership and management arrangements to assess good practice and address any necessary improvements to ensure the delivery of high quality, value for money services in a well led and managed organisation.

Karen Anderson undertook a 'climate check' in one to one discussions with all Committee and Staff to understand what they valued about the organisation and what improvements they would like to see. This, along with reality checks on the Committee and Staff dynamic, strategy, policy and processes, led to a comprehensive report and prioritised action plan for the Association to introduce improvements.
