Governance Review

Queens Cross Housing Association commissioned Anderson Business Development to undertake a Governance Review for the organisation. The key elements of this include assessing the extent to which the organisation complies with the Regulatory Code of Governance, undertaking a review of the composition and skills of the governing body and developing a governance charter for the governing body and staff to set out roles and responsibilities. The association commissioned Anderson Business Development to evaulate the impact of their governance review a year later. This allowed measurement of progress from the earlier baseline.
